The main objective of this work package is to assure a functional, efficient and appropriate management of the project. To this aim a proper management structure will be establish (composed by the Project Coordinator and the project’s Steering Committee) in which a collective responsibility concerning decision making, carrying out the activities and assessing, exploiting and promoting the results obtained will be promoted among all the partners.
